Community Mental Health Support Groups
Time Wellness offers free community clinical groups every other Tuesday evening—a safe space where adults can find support, learn valuable skills, and connect with others on similar journeys.
Finding Support in Community
Every other Tuesday from 6:00 – 8:00 PM
Drop in whenever you can. No commitment required, no pressure—just come as you are.
At Time Wellness, our Arkansas mental health support groups blend the structure of DBT-informed skills training with the healing power of community connection.
You’ll learn practical tools while experiencing the profound mental health support that comes from being truly seen and understood by others who share similar struggles.
We honor each person’s unique journey while fostering an environment where growth, healing, and authentic connection can flourish.
What To Expect During Our Mental Health Support Groups?
Each 90-minute session blends evidence-based approaches with genuine human connection:
Grounding & Check-In – We start by centering ourselves and sharing how we’re doing in a supportive atmosphere.
Skills & Themes – Learn practical tools and explore important topics like boundaries, coping strategies, emotional regulation, and more through a DBT-informed lens.
Group Reflection & Support Circle – Share experiences, offer mutual support, and learn from one another in open discussion.
Intention & Affirmation – Close each session with purposeful reflection and positive affirmations to carry forward.

Whether you’re just beginning your mental health journey or looking for ongoing community support, you belong here.
You might benefit from a support group if you find yourself asking questions like:
Support groups remind us that we’re not alone in our struggles. Mental health challenges can feel incredibly isolating, but connecting with others who understand can be profoundly healing.
Sometimes we need fresh perspectives and new tools. Group members often share strategies that have worked for them, opening up possibilities you might not have considered.
Individual therapy is wonderful, but group support offers something different—the lived experience wisdom of peers and the strength that comes from community.
Support groups aren’t just for crisis moments. They’re also spaces for ongoing growth, skill-building, and maintaining mental wellness.
There’s something powerful about being both supported and supportive. Many people find that sharing their experiences and offering encouragement to others becomes part of their own healing journey.
Having a regular group to attend can provide structure and gentle accountability for your mental health goals.
Trust your instincts. If you’re curious about whether a support group might help, that curiosity itself is often a sign that it’s worth trying. Remember, you can always attend once to see how it feels—no pressure to continue if it’s not the right fit.
