What Is Telehealth Mental Health Treatment?
Telehealth treatment is therapy and psychiatric care delivered over a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. Sessions are as confidential as an office visit. The difference is that you skip the drive and the waiting room.
At Time Wellness Arkansas, virtual care is not limited to a weekly therapy call. We offer three levels of care online, so the amount of support can match what you need.
Tour Our Programs

Virtual Programs We Offer
Virtual Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
Our most intensive online option. You join group sessions, individual therapy and psychiatric care on a daily schedule, while living at home.
See our PHP page for how this level of care works.
Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Group therapy several times a week, plus individual sessions, built to fit around work, school or family. It suits people stepping down from a higher level of care or needing more than weekly therapy.
See our IOP page.
Virtual Outpatient Therapy
One-on-one sessions with a licensed therapist, weekly or every other week, with medication management as needed.
See our outpatient page.
Who Virtual Treatment Helps
Virtual care may be the right fit if:
- You live too far from Fayetteville to attend in person
- Transportation, mobility or health issues make travel difficult
- Your work or caregiving schedule rules out a commute
- You have finished in-person treatment and want to continue with the same team
- You have a private space, a phone or computer and a stable internet connection
Virtual treatment is not the right setting for a crisis. If you or someone you love is in immediate danger, call 911 or call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.
How Virtual Treatment Works
- Call us. Our admissions team answers your questions and checks your insurance at no cost.
- Complete an assessment. A clinician reviews your symptoms and history and recommends a level of care.
- Get your schedule. You receive session times and a secure link.
- Start treatment. You log in from a private space for each session. Your team reviews your progress with you and adjusts the plan.
Conditions We Treat Online
- Depression, including when low energy makes leaving home hard
- Anxiety disorders and panic disorder
- Bipolar disorder
- Trauma and PTSD
- OCD
- Personality disorders
Some conditions and symptom levels are better treated in person. Your assessment will tell you which setting we recommend.
Therapies In Virtual Treatment
- CBT: Learn to spot the thought patterns that drive anxiety and low mood, and replace them with ones that work better.
- DBT: Build practical skills for managing intense emotions, tolerating distress and improving relationships.
- Trauma Therapy: Work through past trauma at your own pace with therapists trained in trauma-informed care.
- Individual Therapy: Meet one-on-one with your therapist to work on the goals and challenges that are specific to you.
- Group Therapy: Practice new skills and share support with peers who understand what you are going through.
- Family Therapy: Help the people closest to you understand your condition and learn how to support your recovery.
- Psychiatry: Get a full psychiatric evaluation and ongoing medication management from our medical team.

We do not accept Medicaid or Medicare. Cost depends on your plan and your level of care, and our team will check your benefits at no cost before you start.
